These Terms apply to all features of the QGoal App, including paid features, auto-renewable subscriptions, data services, analytics services, and any future features we may introduce.
2. Subscription Services (Auto-Renewable Subscriptions)
The App provides auto-renewable subscription services. Once subscribed, you may access the corresponding premium features during the subscription period.
2.1 Subscription Details
- Subscription Name: Premium – AI Analysis Service
- Subscription Period: Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly (as displayed in the App)
- Price: Displayed within the App; Apple may adjust based on your local currency.
2.2 Auto-Renewal Policy
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours before the subscription expires.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription in “Settings” > “Apple ID” > “Subscriptions”.
2.3 Subscription Management
We cannot directly cancel your subscription. All subscription changes and refund requests are handled solely by Apple.
3. User Conduct
You must comply with applicable laws and must not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within the App—including data, UI design, icons, graphics, and source code—is the exclusive property of our company and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we strive to maintain reliability.
5.2 Accuracy of Information
All match data, analysis, and content are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice.
5.3 Third-Party Content
The App may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or security.
