QGoal App Privacy Policy

Guangzhou Wende Sports Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "QGoal App") respects and protects your privacy. When you browse the QGoal App client or use our services, we may collect, use, store and share your relevant information. We hope to explain through this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") how such information is collected, used, stored and shared, as well as how we provide you with services to access, update, control and protect your information. This Policy is closely related to your use of our services, so please read the entire content carefully and make appropriate choices. We have presented the content in concise language, and clauses closely related to your rights and interests are marked in bold for your attention.

Your use or continued use of our services indicates that you agree to our collection, use, storage and sharing of your information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with any clause of this Policy or its future revised versions, please do not use our services.

I. How We Collect and Use Your Information

To ensure your normal use of our sports information services, and to maintain the stable operation of the App and the security of the operating environment, we may collect your device information (including device model, device name, unique device identifier, operating system version, browser type, network type, login IP address) and service log information (such as your browsing history, click operation records, usage duration). This information is only used for technical support, troubleshooting and optimizing service experience of the App, and will not be used to identify your personal identity.

(1) Subscription Service-related Information

When you purchase subscription services through this App, to complete the payment process and provide subscription services, we may collect your payment status information (such as payment success/failure records, subscription period, subscription type). Please note that we will not directly collect or store your sensitive payment information such as bank card numbers and passwords. Relevant payment operations will be completed through the payment channel you choose (such as the official payment system of the app store), and the processing of payment information will comply with the privacy policy of that payment channel.

To protect your subscription rights and interests (such as expiration reminders, service renewal notifications), you agree that we may send you relevant service notifications based on the above subscription information.

(2) Personalized Information Recommendations

To provide you with sports information that better matches your interests (such as event updates, league information, match analysis, etc.), we may conduct statistical analysis based on your non-identifying information such as device browsing history and click preferences to form a personalized recommendation model. This personalized recommendation is part of our service and currently does not support a disable function; if a disable option is provided in the future, we will notify you separately through in-app announcements or other means.

(3) Message Push Service

We may send you the following types of information through push notifications:

1. Event update notifications: including real-time event information that may be of interest to you, such as match start reminders, goal notifications, match results, etc.;

2. Subscription service notifications: including subscription expiration reminders, service change notifications, exclusive benefit reminders and other information related to your subscription;

3. Product update notifications: including information related to the App such as new feature launches and version updates.

You can independently enable or disable the above push notifications through the notification permission settings of QGoal App in your device's system settings. After disabling push permissions, you will no longer receive relevant notifications, but it will not affect your use of other core functions of the App.

(4) Additional Services Based on Device Permissions

To enhance your user experience, we may request relevant device permissions for the following additional services, and you can independently choose to enable or disable them according to your needs:

1. Storage permission: Used to cache information content, pictures and videos you have browsed, reducing traffic consumption from repeated loading and improving opening speed. After disabling this permission, the App can still browse information normally, but may need to reload content.

2. Network permission: This permission is a basic necessary permission to ensure the normal loading of information content and network verification of subscription services. Disabling it will make it impossible to use the core functions of the App.

3. Notification permission: Used to receive relevant push information such as event updates and subscription services, which you can independently choose to enable or disable through your device's system settings.

You can enable or disable the above permissions at any time through the "App Permissions" management page in your device's system settings. After disabling a permission, we will no longer collect information under the corresponding permission, nor can we provide additional services supported by that permission, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions.

(5) Customer Service Consultation and Problem Feedback

When you consult about subscription issues, function failures, or other situations through customer service channels (such as email), to facilitate problem resolution, we may collect contact information you actively provide (such as your email address, phone number) and problem description information. We may also associate your device information and subscription records (if any) to assist in troubleshooting. We will keep the above information until the problem is resolved, after which we will delete or anonymize sensitive information such as contact details.

(6) Explanation of Auto-start and Associated-start

To promptly send you important event reminders and subscription service status notifications (such as subscription expiration reminders), this App may implement necessary auto-start or associated-start through system mechanisms after you enable relevant notification permissions (such as clicking from the notification bar to enter the App). This behavior is only to ensure the normal delivery of service notifications, and we will not perform auto-start or associated-start without obtaining your notification permission authorization.

(7) Additional Explanations

1. If the information you provide contains personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization; otherwise, you shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom.

2. If we use your information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or use information collected for specific purposes in other scenarios, we will obtain your consent in advance.

3. Exceptions to obtaining authorization and consent

According to relevant laws and regulations, it is not necessary to obtain your authorization and consent to collect and use your information in the following circumstances:

- Those related to national security and national defense security;

- Those related to public security, public health, and major public interests;

- Those related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

- Those necessary to protect your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property but it is difficult to obtain the person's consent;

- The collected information is publicly disclosed by you to the public;

- Collected from legally publicly disclosed information (such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.);

- Necessary for concluding a contract at your request;

- Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the App (such as detecting and handling faults);

- Necessary for legitimate news reporting;

- Statistical or academic research conducted by academic research institutions for public interests, and the results have been de-identified when provided to the public;

- Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

4. If we cease operation of this App, we will notify you in advance through in-app announcements or other means, and delete or anonymize the collected personal information.

II. How You Can Manage Your Personal Information

1. Permission management: You can view, enable or disable permissions such as storage, network, and notification at any time through the "App Permissions" management page in your device's system settings to control the scope of our collection of relevant information.

2. Push notification management: You can find the notification permission settings of QGoal App in your device's "System Settings - Notification Settings" to independently enable or disable various push notifications.

3. Information deletion: You can delete cached information stored on your device (such as browsing history, cached images) by uninstalling the App. For your device information, subscription records, etc. stored on our server, if you need to delete them, you can contact customer service to apply, and we will handle it in accordance with the law after verifying your identity (unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations).

III. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

1. Storage period: We will store your information according to the necessity of the service. For example: Device information will be stored continuously during your use of the App; if you uninstall the App and do not reinstall it within 1 year, we will anonymize it; subscription records will be stored for 1 year after the expiration of the subscription service to provide you with after-sales support.

2. Storage location: Your information will be stored on servers in the People's Republic of China and will not be transmitted across borders.

3. Security protection: We adopt technical and management measures such as encrypted transmission, access permission control, and security auditing to ensure the security of your information and prevent information leakage, loss, or misuse.

IV. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Except for the following circumstances, we will not share your personal information with any third party:

1. With your explicit consent;

2. Required by laws and regulations or requested by government agencies in accordance with laws and regulations;

3. Necessary to maintain the security of the App, the legitimate rights and interests of users, or public interests.

V. Updates to the Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy in accordance with service adjustments or changes in laws and regulations. The revised policy will be announced in the App. If you continue to use the App, it will be deemed that you agree to the revised policy.
